Adding it to your email
Gmail
Settings (the gear icon), See all settings, General. Scroll to Signature, create one, paste, then Save changes at the bottom.
Outlook
Settings, Mail (or Accounts), Signatures. Create a new signature, paste, and set it as the default for new messages.
Apple Mail
Mail, Settings, Signatures. Add a signature, untick "Always match my default message font", then paste.
Phone apps
Most phone mail apps only take plain text. Use Copy as text and paste it into the app’s signature setting.
