Who we are

Kurongeka is a service of Kapture, a design and technology studio based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). These terms cover this website, its free tools, client accounts and how our services are agreed.

This website and the free tools

The information on this website is general and may change. Kurongeka Check scores are based only on your answers. Website check results are automated and cover the single page you enter at the time you check it. Domain results come from the public registries and a domain can be registered by someone else at any time. All of these are a guide, not professional advice.

Please only check websites you are entitled to check, and do not use the tools to overload or probe other people's systems. We may limit or block use that looks automated or abusive.

Client accounts

Accounts are for our clients and people preparing to work with us. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that is misused. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling. Prices on this website are for guidance and may change. The price that applies to you is the fixed price on the proposal or invoice you accept, which will show VAT if it applies. Third-party costs, such as your Wix premium plan, domain renewals and payment processing fees, are billed by those providers unless your proposal says otherwise.

Our services

Launch packages and Run plans are agreed in writing before work starts. The scope, price, payment terms and launch date in your proposal or invoice form the agreement between us. Launch packages are invoiced 50% to start and 50% at launch. Run plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the month you have paid for.

Ownership

Once paid for, your website, domain and content belong to your business. We may show your finished site in our portfolio or directory only with your permission.

Liability

We take care to deliver what we agree. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law, including your rights as a consumer where they apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute.
