Pricing questions
How long does a launch take?
Essentials goes live in about 7 working days, Pro in about 14 and Complete in about 21. The clock starts once we have your deposit and the content checklist we send after your call.
How do I pay for a launch?
Launch packages are invoiced: 50% to start and 50% when your site goes live. Run plans are billed monthly. We confirm the payment options available to you on your call.
Can my customers pay with mobile money or card?
In most cases, yes. We connect the payment methods your customers use, such as mobile money, card, PayPal or bank transfer, depending on your country, bank and business registration. We confirm what is possible for your business before you commit.
Is the Wix plan included?
No. Your site runs on a Wix premium plan in your business's name, billed by Wix at its published rates, so you never pay a mark-up on it. We tell you which plan you need before you commit.
What happens after launch?
We train you to manage the site from the Wix app and dashboard. If you would rather we look after it, a Run plan covers updates, content and a monthly report.
Is there a long contract?
No. Run plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time.
